WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?
We will work hard to ensure your visits are covered as much as possible. If there is a copayment required, we will inform you before treatment for your approval. In most cases, we will submit a preauthorization to your insurance company before scheduling treatment.
If we are not in-network with your plan, there will be no copayment for initial and routine cleaning visits.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?
Yes, we do offer financing options through third parties. Ask us for more information!
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?
We understand the importance of both efficiency and convenience and we value your time. To ensure we have enough time to provide the service you require, please let us know when you schedule your appointment. If circumstances do not allow us to provide the service during your scheduled appointment, we will reschedule for a time that is convenient for you.
